The state of Santa Catarina has around thousand plastic transformation industries, adding up to more than 32 thousand employees working directly at the industries. Professionals who stand out at the brazilian scenario for the highly qualified labor and constant improvement; participating actively in events.
 
Approximately one million metric tons of plastic are processed in Santa Catarina every year, with large companies in several sub-regions: standing out the disposables in the southern part of the state, packagings in the west, and technical parts in the north. These companies have a nationwide performance, and some of them, international as well.

Visitors Profile:
More than 20 thousand visitors of 23 brazilian states and 23 countries. Coming from other states, most of them from Paraná, followed by São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul; being outstanding visitors from Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. Among the foreigners, most came from Argentina and Paraguai. The other countries from where more visitors came, are United States, Germany, China and Portugal.
 
Most visitors have positions of Analysts, Managers or Directors. Coming from the Plastics Industry, followed by the segments Automotive, Packagings, and Engineering. Mostly interested in Raw Materials and Input Materials, followed by Molds and Devices, in addition to Automation and Process Control, Measurement and Applied Informatics, among others.
