Characteristics of the product：

The nut is partially cut open by one row of balls (50° to 80°).  This enables the Linear Bushing to be used even in locations where the shaft is supported by a column or fulcrum.  In addition, a clearance can easily be adjusted.
The body metal is good SUJ2.  The outer cylinder is maintained sufficient hardness by heat treatment, therefore if ensures the bushings projected travel life and satisfactory durability.
